Cochin

Varkala

Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Thekkady

Periyar wildlife sanctuary, one of the 27 tiger reserves in India, is spread over an area of 777Sq Km. Today it has turned into one of the favourite locations for cinematography with its scenic beuty. Thekkady lies between 4000 to 5000 Fts above see lavel on the western Ghats The sactuary showcases a large variety of Flora and fauna like deers, tigers, elephant herds etc.

The place can be viewed best by taking a boat ride in the lake surroundingthe sanctuary, partially submenrged tree –trunks can be seen in this charming artificial lake ,adventures activities like jungle trekking are also among the options available for the visitors.

Alleppey
